Three years ago I attempted to do this and made it a third of the way. Its a new year (or years later) and here my new attempt. This is our project: to take one photo per day for an entire year. That's the only stipulation--just take one photo! It can be of anything or anyone. I thought it was such a neat idea and am excited to start one myself! Right now I'm just using a my Canon Digital Rebel XTi. Enjoy the photos and please feel free to leave comments and feedback.

WOW. I can never get beautiful pix of my nieces because they are constantly moving and never both in the same place. But that one is gorgeous! And Maria is VERY photogenic!
# 2 is really nice--I imagine it was a fairly low-light situation.
#1 is good. Both their eyes look off to camera right--you might crop to leave more space on the right or compose that way; it can be hard to pull off when you only have seconds to take the shot.
